The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the reception staff were generally very accommodating and courteous. We do wish, however, that there had been a wider selection of food at the breakfast buffet and that the reception desk had been more attentive during the night for guests departing in the early hours of the morning. Although a packed breakfast had been thoughtfully prepared for us, our departure experience was quite disappointing. When we called the reception for assistance with our luggage, no one answered the phone. As a result, I had to go downstairs while carrying my baby, only to find the staff member asleep in the lobby. To make matters worse, he did not have a keycard with him when he went upstairs to get the luggage, so I had to go back up once again just to let him in so he could open the door for us.

the hotel is situated in a quiet area but not too far from the old quarter…. the staff is to commend for as they are extremely helpful. we had a faulty air conditioner unit in our room and it get fixed the next day . the breakfast is awesome

hotel was close to a michelin pho ga place, 20mins walk for Hanoi Old Quaters We picked a deluxe room. The room was clean and looks chic, staff were friendly and welcoming. Morning breakfast was delicious! swimming pool and gym are opposite the road at their sister’s hotel: Le Jardin Haute Couture
