Located in a lively area near the cathedral. I arrived a little earlier than my reservation, but they were very welcoming. From arrival to departure, the receptionist was very helpful and polite. The massage therapist, Ly, checked in on the pressure from time to time and gave me a firm massage as per my preference. It was a truly wonderful experience. I would definitely like to request Ly again! Thank you very much.

My wife and I visited on our last day in Hanoi. We had our child with us, and we really appreciated the kindness of the concierge and therapist who offered us a chair and were very considerate. We were also very satisfied with the treatment! I had the hot stone massage, and my whole body felt warm and refreshed. They even let me use the shower afterwards, which was a great help. A very relaxing and lovely experience. I chose the 90 minute hot stone massage and it was amazing! They made sure I was comfortable throughout and happy with the pressure. I really enjoyed the massage and would definitely be back/recommend to others.

Receptionist was very friendly and explained everything to us. She was so accommodating with our concerns and questions. The therapists were also very good.
