• Please be sure to gather on time: If you fail to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (late/lost/unwell, etc.), no refund will be given. Please note that no refunds are available.
• This tour is a fixed group tour route. You will share the ride with other passengers throughout the journey, and parking is not allowed outside designated scenic spots.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver and guide may be used. The pace of the small car itinerary is relatively flexible, but the explanation will be mainly basic, please understand.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, or scenic area control. In case of delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Passengers who need to take flights or Shinkansen on the same day should register with caution and allow ample time.
• Each person can carry one piece of luggage free of charge. Any excess will be charged 2000 JPY/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to make a note when placing the order. For those who do not inform in advance, the guide has the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given.

• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak tourist seasons. The guide will flexibly adjust the sightseeing order according to the actual situation.
• Please comply with the safety regulations in Fuji Safari Park. Do not feed animals, hit car windows, or engage in dangerous behaviors without permission. You will be responsible for any related consequences.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any stains are caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards.
• If you leave the group or depart midway after the itinerary begins, it will be considered an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. You will be solely responsible for your safety during this period.-
