In the morning, the driver will pick you up from your hotel in Guilin. After arriving at the attraction, he will wait outside the attraction to assist you with ticket purchases, ensuring you have a convenient day trip. The tour time at each attraction is flexible, without rushing or forced stops. You can return at any time (usually between 5 PM and 6 PM). Comfortable Wi-Fi and drinking water are provided in the car. This is the smartest and most convenient way for you to easily visit two major attractions and say goodbye to fatigue.
1. When will I receive the driver and vehicle information after booking?
The operator will send the driver's name, contact number, and license plate number via WeChat/WhatsApp/Email before 8:00 PM (local time) on the day before the trip to ensure you can connect smoothly.
2. Does the driver speak English? What if I need language assistance?
Our standard service includes a Chinese-speaking driver who can use translation tools to communicate with you on-site. If you need in-depth English explanations, we offer optional English-speaking tour guide services. You can contact customer service after placing your order to add this service for a better experience and seamless communication.
3. How long do we stay at each attraction? Can the time be adjusted flexibly?
The itinerary has a high degree of freedom! There is no fixed duration of stay. You can communicate your needs with the experienced driver at any time, and we will jointly adjust the pace to ensure a fulfilling experience.
4. What other budget items are needed besides the car charter fee?
All attraction tickets; accommodation fees; personal expenses; overtime/over-kilometer fees (if the agreed duration/mileage is greatly exceeded, a small surcharge may be incurred, which we will confirm with you before the trip begins)

- Vehicle introduction: 12-18 seat minibus + dedicated driver: It is recommended to accommodate within 15 people, and the vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of people and the number of luggage.
Luggage Information
- The standard for calculating luggage size is a 24-inch suitcase.
- Large suitcases over 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces.
Extra fees for large luggage and instructions for acceptable luggage sizes:
20 inches: Height with wheels 55cm x Width 34cm x Thickness 22cm
24 inches: Height 65cm x Width 41cm x Thickness 24cm with wheels
26 inches: Height 70cm x Width 44cm x Thickness 25cm with wheels
29 inches: Height with wheels 75cm x Width 48cm x Thickness 30cm
- If the number of passengers is not full, one 24-inch luggage can be added for each passenger less. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the capacity, the driver has the right to refuse the ride and no refund will be given.
- If you have a lot of luggage or oversized luggage, it is recommended to book a suitable vehicle to be able to carry your luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not following the recommended number of passengers and the amount of luggage that can be loaded for the vehicle type will be borne by the passenger.
