What to expect

Enjoy creative Japanese cuisine and fine sake in a Kyoto townhouse built in the Taisho era. We serve creative Japanese dishes made with miso from across Japan and fresh seasonal seafood, along with a selection of premium sake. Our chefs put their heart into each dish to help guests rediscover the deliciousness of miso. Our course menu features a miso tasting, assorted seasonal sashimi, and Kyoto-raised Black Wagyu miso sukiyaki. We also offer a refined drink selection to pair with the food, including Dassai, Ippakusuisei, and Matsunotsukasa.
