• In the event of unfavorable weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time), and you will be notified via email thereafter.
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, no waiting will be provided for late arrivals.
• Please note that no refunds will be given if a traveler abandons their itinerary midway due to personal reasons.

• The vehicle model used will be dispatched according to the number of registrants on the day. If the number of participants is less than 16, a small group tour will be arranged without an additional tour leader; the driver will serve as the tour leader throughout the trip, providing Chinese commentary only, but not language services for attraction introductions. Bus seating arrangements are subject to on-site allocation and cannot be specified. We appreciate your understanding.
• Due to the large crowds during the flower viewing/maple viewing season, there is a possibility of severe traffic jams. It is recommended to bring your own light meals.
• If the Lake Kawaguchiko Sightseeing Boat "Tenjo" is officially announced to cease operation due to force majeure factors such as weather, a partial refund will be issued, and the time spent at other attractions will be extended.
• During the autumn foliage period from November 1st to November 23rd, Oishi Park will be temporarily closed, and visitors will be redirected to the Kawaguchiko Maple Corridor.
• Please be aware that weather conditions may affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves, and the itinerary will not be canceled or refunded for this reason.
• Please be aware that the departure times and routes for each sightseeing spot may be adjusted based on the road conditions of the day.
