Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund rules: Cancellation of adult and child tickets after issuance will incur losses. Refunds before 17:00 the day before the cruise will incur a 10% loss. No refunds will be processed after 17:30 when the ticket window is closed. A 50% loss will be incurred if the ticket is cancelled 10 minutes before departure. No refunds will be processed if the ticket is cancelled less than 10 minutes before departure. The real-name system is the same as for air tickets and the name cannot be changed after the ticket is issued.
• Partial refund rules: Bamboo raft tour: Pregnant women, disabled people, and seniors over 70 years old are strictly prohibited from riding bamboo rafts. Children over 1.2 meters tall must purchase adult tickets and ride with adults (children over 1 meter tall on Yulong River rafts must purchase adult tickets and ride with adults). If there are children under 1.2 meters (1 meter tall on Yulong River rafts) or seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women in the same group, they will be accompanied by a tour guide and wait at the dock. If you are worried, you can accompany an adult, and the cost of the unseen items will be refunded according to the actual cost.
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has expired.
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
