The service and environment are really good, and the experience is great! As soon as you enter the restaurant, the spacious and atmospheric environment and exquisite decoration give you a very comfortable feeling. The food is rich and varied, covering Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisine, barbecue, cooked food, and sashimi are also readily available. I strongly recommend their steamed seafood, the mantis shrimp is sweet and delicious, and the meat is firm. The dessert area is also not inferior, the small cakes are exquisite and delicious, and the vanilla ice cream is rich in milk. The cooked food and Japanese food feel average, but overall, it is worth a try!

The service was excellent. They also offer hot pot, and the desserts were delicious 😋. The durian cake was quite fragrant, and the other cakes were also good. The lamb chops were not bad. ❤️ I treated my sister to a birthday dinner.

Had my birthday lunch at the Shangrila in Futian SZ my friends and I had a wonderful experience

We celebrated a family birthday, and the servers were all very kind and polite. When I called to confirm the table, I mentioned it was for a birthday dinner, and they provided a birthday light-up sign for photos. The food quality was excellent, making for a very enjoyable buffet dinner.
