• The night before departure, our agency will notify you of the meeting arrangements by phone between 18:00 and 20:00. Please arrive at the designated location at the required time. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis; seats are not assigned.
• Scenic area with natural landscapes, enjoy free time and leisure activities within the park.
• Please note that for groups of 17 or fewer people, there will be no tour guide. The driver will be responsible for pick-up, drop-off, and coordinating entrance tickets at the scenic spot.
• The number of passengers boarding must match the actual number of people in the group. Do not bring extra children without prior notice. If extra children are brought without prior registration, resulting in overloading, boarding will be denied, and any losses incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
• For your safety while traveling, it is advisable to wear rubber-soled shoes or cloth shoes for comfort and security, and avoid wearing leather shoes.
• Maintain a pleasant attitude while traveling. We recommend preparing some snacks, wet wipes, and other items.
• Please bring your own motion sickness medication, antidiarrheal medicine, bandages, and other routine or regularly used medications.
• Please prepare umbrellas and jackets for variable summer weather.
• Our company reserves the right to adjust the order of attractions without reducing the number of attractions.
• In the event of force majeure, any resulting expenses shall be borne by the guest.
• Any accident shall be subject to the actual compensation paid by the insurance company.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
