Panglao Mangrove and Sunset Half-Day Private Tour

My flight got delayed for a few hours and weren’t able to arrive right on schedule but they were still able to accomodate us. They even offered to pick me up at the airport! Kudos for going the extra mile 🫶

This was an enjoyable tour idea and we thoroughly endorse it. but it did not require a tour guide or any itinerary. consequently the tour consisted of dropping us off at the zen resort and letting us walk through the mangroves. we loved it but the entire fee was entrance to the venue. we could have done this sans the tour operator who had minimal involvement.

I paid this amount to see the sunset, eat, drink, walk, and swim with the kids, but I can't swim and they ask me to pay extra if I want to. Please refund me for swimming. Who would pay this amount for a sunset tour? If you search, you can see it for much cheaper. I paid to swim at the resort. Please resolve this quickly. There is no way to contact them. There is no customer center. Isn't this a scam? The guide was flustered and said there was nothing he could do, but he did his best.

They said they would give me a 400 pesos meal credit, but they only gave me a 100 pesos drink voucher, so I didn't even get to eat, and I ended up paying extra for mango juice. I felt like I wasted my money and got scammed.
