Surprising pleasant stay, enjoyed the resort swimming pool which is child friendly with water slides. Had fabulous kaiseiki dinner at arakawa restaurant. Rooms were clean, only draw back was limited amenities, No robe and bathroom slippers were provided.

Our Family spent 4 nights over the July 2022 School holidays. We had the best time. This being our first holiday from Melbourne to Queensland, the drive from the airport was pretty quick. The facilities are clean, really well maintained. We ate in all restaurants except the Japanese one, as they were fully booked out. The driving range, tennis facilities and the pools, hot pool were all fantastic. We were very lucky to watch some national and international sports team train onsite. The staff were all really friendly and great at service. It was my husbands birthday, the in room and dinner restaurant service me it extra special for him. No fault, except the fact that the spa was completely shut for training, being a school holiday peek time. Not the best time to close. Other than that we loved it and will go back again for sure. Thank you great team.
