Great Clean, smart hotel with excellent staff who happily accommodated our early check in request. Rooms were clean and beds fairly comfortable, just be warned the basement rooms do smell of damp and do not have any real light (well 101 didn’t). Only stayed a night so wasn’t an issue

Nice property. On a quiet street but still close to the center of town. Room was small but nice and in good repair. Only issue was lack of hot water.
Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk clerk Ngha.
