Shuttle didn’t leave on time and was unpredictable - reception didn’t want to help and “explained” it’s a contractor. I almost missed my flight!

I did not like when I went and got my car out of storage and brought it back to the hotel to load my luggage, there was no where to park my car ………. Very frustrating!! Other than that everything else was perfect!!

Stayed with family

Overall, a very nice hotel however I felt like they were trying to charge us for early check-in when they didn’t have to. We arrived early, but the check-in personnel said we have a room ready however we would have to charge you $100 to check you in early before 4 PM. If the room is ready, why not check us in makes no sense
