FantasticStayed with kids
Spotless room and great friendly staff. Needs a bench or seat in the shower to place clothes etc so they don’t get wet but otherwise fantastic option for accommodation and price.

GoodSolo stay
Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Outer door banged every time someone enetered or left and it "boomed" up the uncarpeted stairwell.
Fridge in room was apparently set to 'max freeze' as it froze noit just my freezer bricks (for me small cooler pack, but also the milk, water, beer chocolates I placed in there.
The onnly poer point I could use for my phone charger and still be able to reach the phone from bed, was actualy above the pillow, so cables dangled in the way. Really dumb position for a power point. There was another above the shelf above the mini-fridge, but thiswas too far from the bed to reach to silence the alarm I needed to wake me.
A burglar alarm going off at 7.00am was not conducive to relaxing rest, nor the squeaking of the door hinges and door closers whenever any of the other guests entered or left a room.
But for what I paid, $90, still reasonable value.
And the Reschs was cold and delicious. So that was a bonus.

A great happy welcome by staff always willing to help. Room was clean and neat. Bed very comfortable. It’s so good to have the railway access so close as well as buses.

I cant speak highly enough of this small quaint hotel with a staff as big as Texas! Such wonderful accommodations and the bar is great too. Thank you so much for the kindness from a Mate from Texas!!

The accommodation was as described and being near to train services was my requirement. Value for money, efficiency of staff, and free parking.

Shower has no place to put towels/clothes, and if you use the shower at the end of the corridoor because its open, your going to get screamed at by the resident at the end of the hallway, because apparently thats only for the permanent residents (even though there is NO indication of that).
Don't expect to get any sleep at this place, because the gambling machine volume is cranked up to 11 and goes constantly until 2am, combined with onstant road/train station noise because the walls/windows noise reduction.
Even though they have no smoking signs, it doesnt seam to apply to the "special" residents at the end of the hall, because cigarette stink billows out from their room every time they open the door, and it also comes up from the gambling/outdoor area right outside the window (another reason why you cant open the window).
No air conditioning (only ducted venting, which is terrible because of the cigaretee stink).
Overall only stay here if you, dont indend to actually sleep and instead are only there for the gambling/smoking.
Staff were pleasant, but I hope they have health care compensation for being exposed to so much cigarette smoke.
