If you are looking for a hotel located in between of MONGKOK & YAU MA TEI. King's hotel is definitely the NUMBER 1 CHOICE for me. I know I saw some bad feedbacks but to be honest when I arrived there. NO HASSLE ON CHECK IN. UPGRADED TO FAMILY SUITE ROOM WITH NO FEES ASK. They change the bedsheet as requested but you can inform them to clean the room. LOVE STAYING HERE! I had 2 kids with me. But the best place to stay if you are ON A BUDGET! transport access: 10/10 hotel location: 10/10 service: 10/10 cleanliness: 8/10

Nice hotel to sleep while roaming Hongkong during the day. Spacious triple room booked for 5 night with good bathroom size. Service: they replace towels and take our trash out daily. Location wise its the best. Day & night markets just outside and all walkable distance. Public transport easy to & from airport and rest of Hongkong places to explore. Staff are friendly. We did not booked breakfast as there's plenty food places all around the area.

i was hesitant at first since i have not seen a lot of reviews but the hotel did not disappoint.it has agood location near to 7-11, food stalls and A21 bus to the airport.
