First day was really nice. Staff were accommodating, they handled situation nicely. I had my charger missing after my room was cleaned, they gave me a replacement one but didn’t update me. But overall it’s all good.

The hotel is at the center of Surfer Paradise - super convenient. The room including toilet is big and the price is low. However the hair dryer was weak (just like most of the other hotels) and also there was a cockroach near the fridge…
