My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and 2 days, and overall, we were very satisfied!
Despite our late check-in, a receptionist was still available to welcome and assist us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air-conditioning was super cold—a huge plus after a long day exploring Sapa. 😄
The hotel sits outside the Old Quarter, which was actually what we wanted—a more affordable place, away from the noise and busy nightlife. It worked perfectly, just a short Grab ride from the Old Quarter and other popular Hanoi attractions.
The receptionists were polite, friendly, and accommodating. Even with the language barrier, we could feel their genuine willingness to help.
If you're traveling to Hanoi on a budget, I'd recommend this hotel. You get a clean room, cold AC, friendly service, a quieter location, and great value while still being close to the city's main attractions.
Highly recommended for budget travelers! 👍 We'd stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi.

Good service and the tenant is approachable and ready to assist.. 1 ride from. Old quarter.. Book using grab to save money.. But for airport service, the hotel service is cheaper than grab car.

A good hotel service should feel like a seamless journey where every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. From the moment guests arrive, they should be welcomed with efficient check-in options, whether through a friendly front desk or digital kiosks, and enjoy smooth check-out processes with express billing.
