Me and friends stayed here after arriving from Sa Pa. we arrived early in the morning so good thing that they allow luggage storage. the building has an elevator which is really good thing for us specially that we have a lot of luggages.

The receptionist are so friendly! They even let us for an early check-in. The room is spacious given the price, very clean. The location is also nice, a lot of shops within the area. Highly recommended! ❤️

The Staff is very accomodating, they also let us leave our baggages since our first trip is going to Sapa , so its more convenient for us. They also offered cheap airport transfer, the place is very nice and clean and easy access to old quarter

Will definitely stay here once again if we’ll be back to Hanoi. Staffs are very accommodating especially Nero (pleasing personality and approachable ☺️)— The location itself is accessible to all the tourist attractions where you can just walk.
