Our family of 4 had booked 2 Cozy Delixe rooms w breakfast for 4nights during the late Dec seasons. Location of the hotel was great -in the side street close to the train street . The staff at the concierge and the restaurant, as well as their nxt door spa were exceptional n so helpful n friendly . There’s personal welcome card for each of our rooms . Special shout out to Robert for helping us find a nearby 24hr clinic for tourist . the breakfast spread was great. However I did find the Cozy deluxe room to be quite small , esp the standing shower area. there’s basically nowhere to b able to hang the clothes. . if we were to go back the nxt time, would surely book a bigger room with balcony . service: exceptional . We also enjoyed the happy hour discount at the nxt door spa, even though we didn’t manage to secure a timing for the free manicure (which is perfectly fine due to our tight schedule). thank you so much for the personalised service throughout the stay!!

Everything was exceptional, from the service in checking in (the staff provided a map and recommendations in close to the hotel), also the staff are kind and always welcoming. The room is also perfect. We had a connecting room which is good for family as it still have doors to separate the 2 rooms. Breakfast was also great! The location is close and walkable to near attractions. They surprisingly also provided a birthday cake for my brother who celebrates his bday within the week, even if we didn’t organise. Highly recommend!!! :)

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating — they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even gave us great recommendations on where to go and eat. Since we had to leave early for our trip to Sapa, they thoughtfully packed breakfast to go for us, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, comfortable, and overall excellent. Everything was perfect and well taken care of. The only thing that could use a bit of improvement is the food, but aside from that, everything else exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

The hotel is close and almost walking distance to all of the attractions in Hanoi Old Quarter. The room is cozy and provides all necessities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff goes above and beyond in providing the best service to the guests. The breakfast was amazing! They knew that we were going to Sapa so they prepared snacks for our 6-hour trip and suggested itinerary for us as well. I encountered some problems during my flight, in which they lost my luggage, the hotel staff helped me coordinate with the airline for a smooth delivery of my luggage to the hotel. We are very grateful and can definitely say that this is the best part of our stay in Hanoi!

The hotel was superb! Facilities were topnotch and the facade & interiors were very unique as well. What made it better was the staff, especially Tùng! He’s the best! 👍💗 He recommended lots of things to do around Hanoi & where to shop. He even went out of his way to help me purchase something to be delivered to the hotel while I was out. 🥰 Our experience with the hotel made our trip more memorable. I will definitely come back here next time I come back to Hanoi! Much love 🥰

Staffs are very accommodating. We arrived earlier than the check-in time but they already allowed us to go in our rooms. Their spa and massage services were also nice. They’re also willing to guide you when you want to visit some places around Hanoi. Highly recommend the place! 💕

I will leave 10 stars if I can. This hotel is on “another level”. The staffs were so polite, friendly, and helpful. The attitude and service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 One of the staff, Van Anh, was so sweet and nice. She personally texted me to inform some tips and information about Hanoi. Once you arrived, they managed the check In promptly — I reached early but they let me check in early. They also served you with welcome drink, snack, and cold towel while they’re preparing your room. Room is not super big, but very neat, sleek, and clean. And I was impressed with brekfast buffet spread. They even have ala carte on top of the buffet which is included in the package already. I’d recommend to include the breakfast option when booking the hotel. You won’t regret it ^^
