The housekeeping was excellent — fresh towels and empty waste baskets which is no longer the case in most/many hotels. Staff were friendly and pleasant. My three suggestions are (1) to employ someone who can assist older guests get heavy luggage up the fairly long, steep stairs to the second floor while not doing other tasks and be tipped for his/her help. (2) Have air conditioning controls in Fahrenheit rather than centigrade, and (3) Less importantly, the rather high pitched recorded voice chanting “welcome” every time the office door is opened is unnecessary and annoying.

My daughter and I stayed here for four days. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was super clean, the air conditioner is a mini split, so nice and quiet. Our room had a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and fridge. Water pressure on the third floor was great. We really liked this place. Ice-cream, yogurt and reataurant a short drive on Colorado Blvd. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
