I didn't like the parking, you had tonpay for parking and it was first come first serve. The rooms were not sound proof, you could hear people entering or leaving their rooms. You can also hear all the traffic.

Small boutique hotel but not in the best of neighborhoods. Expect to find homeless people wandering outside. Room was ok, but you can hear guest next door. Good price if you can deal with the area and noisey walls.

Solo stay

Very clean and cute boutique hotel. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Very walkable to many shops and restaurants, and also very easy to get an Uber.

Stayed with friends

The first room we got wasn't cleaned. Ther was someone's shower cap and other garbage in the room. The second room was clean, but our toilet only sometimes flushed. We called twice to get it fixed but it didn't improve. We told the staff about the issues upon checkout and they said they would refund us the property fee but they never did.

Very nice greeting! Received an upgraded room, as the designated “guest of the day”! Check-in was a snap. The room was absolutely super clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Property is very conveniently located to all kinds of shopping and amenities.

For business

For the most part everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly. We did not like the fact that Manny follow us to our rooms with a piece of paper begging us to give the hotel and himself 5 star reviews. He creeped out one of my Co workers. Very nice person and was very helpful, but doesn't need to pester the guest. Other than that, everyone including Manny was very helpful. The walls are a little thin. You hear your neighbors in the morning in their rooms. I did find some cleaning supplies left in my room the 3rd day. I put them in the hallway for the cleaning people to grab.
