Excellent location and superb service. Every person at the reception was kind, welcoming and went beyond to find us a vegetarian friendly restaurant for supper and also facilitated seamless luggage storage for us. Room although small was well generally well equipped. Only suggestion would to include some vegetarian friendly options for the breakfast buffet.

This hotel was in a decent location, only a 5 minute walk to Fukushima station. I found it surprising and a little odd to have the floors to the rooms be outside like a set of flats would be and my bathroom had a weird smell, like the drains needed cleaning. The bed was nice and comfortable, but I couldn’t turn the bedside lamp off. You can hear the trains going passed, so if you’re a light sleeper it might not be the best. The staff were also very lovely. If I had to stay again I would but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay again.
