During our trip, we traveled to Kyoto and returned to stay again at KOKO Hotel Osaka Umeda. The hotel offered a luggage keeping service at a fee of 400 yen for our 3 luggages, which I found quite reasonable.
When we came back at night, our luggages were already waiting in our room — such a thoughtful and efficient service! This really added to the convenience and comfort of our stay, and we were very happy with how smoothly everything was handled.
Overall, the hotel continues to impress us with its reliable facilities and excellent service.

We chose this hotel because of our great experience at KOKO Hotel Tokyo, and Osaka Umeda turned out to be just as good. The location is about a 10‑minute walk from the MRT station — manageable, but it felt a bit far since we had quite a few luggages with us.
The staff were able to converse in English, which was a big plus. The room was clean and well‑equipped with everything we needed: hair dryer, drinking water, coffee machine, and other useful facilities. For the price we paid, it was definitely worth it.
Overall, KOKO Hotel Osaka Umeda delivered the same reliable quality we experienced in Tokyo — clean rooms, good facilities, and friendly service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for value and comfort in Osaka.

I had a last minute changes, they were so friendly and welcoming. I came in before check-in but they set everything up and storage my luggage while I went out until check-in time. I would highly recommend and such a clean environment. The room was big and an amazing view of the city. It's close to Osaka umeda station.

great location in the heart of osaka. bit of a walk to umeda station, but once you learn to cut through the Whity underground complex, it is much easier
