This was my second stay at this hotel with my kids, and it continues to deliver great value for money. The beds were exceptionally comfy and spacious enough for all of us to get a restful night's sleep. While the room and bathroom were on the compact side, typical for hotel standards in Japan, they were clean and equipped. Once again, the public onsen was a standout feature and a highlight of our trip. We will definitely revisit and highly recommend this hotel to families traveling in the area!

this hotel is near to the shopping and eatery area. Room a bit small and the breakfast is a bit limited. But overall stay is pretty good.

Check in was easy through the machines. We did have our bags delivered by the cat service but unfortunately they did misplace one of our bags so we had to wait another day for the bag to arrive but this was no fault of the hotels but they were great about this as they called for a description of the bag and once it was delivered we had a message displayed on our TV to come and collect the bag from the front desk which was really nice. The only thing you couldn’t fix about the hotel by no fault of their own is that you have 5 elevators for 19 floors. Which you would think be enough. But if you need to use it around check out time at 10 like everyone else you may have to wait 15-20mins like we did for an elevator around that time. All the elevators were full and when one did arrive the people pushed the close button on the doors before you could even turn around to see which one opened to get to it. There isn’t a solution for this problem but to avoid having to wait we planned our day to leave the hotel either earlier than 9 or later than 10:30 to avoid the high wait times.(see picture of all the displays saying “FULL”) other than that the hotel was in a great spot and had great staff as they were all very friendly. hotel even had spacious rooms unlike the other ones we had stayed in.

Everything was good in this hotel. If you’re on a budget tour I highly recommended staying in APA Hotel! Nice and clean and staff is very accommodating. I will definitely book this again on my next travel.
