The location is good if you want to stay around TST but dont want the usual busy street. It is a near MTR station. The hotel is not that new and quite old fashioned but relatively clean.

For us, the location is the highlight of the hotel being a short walk from the station and nearby malls. Everything else was ok but not something extraordinary. You definetly get your money's worth.
