Nice hotel and the room is clean, big and comfortable. Love the helicopter view to oversee Hanoi at the room. The indoor pool looks nice too however I don’t have enough time to enjoy as it closed too early.

Nice hotel located at Lotte center. Lotte center doesn't offer much. The rooms were spacious and clean. Good service from most hotel staff. Sadly they were doing cleaning of pool for the day and I was unable to use. And front office staff wasn't aware of that. Otherwise it was a great stay!

My wife and I stayed at Lotte Hotel Hanoi from 27 to 30 Sep 2022. In our previous trips to Hanoi we’d stayed in the Old Quarters. But this time we decided to stay outside and chose Lotte cuz we read that it’s a new hotel and has fantastic bird’s eye view of Hanoi. Indeed, we weren’t disappointed. Breakfast is on the 63 floor. Try and get a window seat and you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast with a nice view of Ho Tay lake nearby. In the evening you can enjoy the night sky over a drink at the rooftop bar which also features live band performance on some week days. The hotel sits on top of Lotte Dept Store and there’s a supermarket in the basement. The hotel is 20 mins by cab to Noi Bai airport. However, due to Hanoi’s traffic condition it takes 30 mins by cab to the Old Quarters although it’s only 5 km away as compared to 25 km to airport. Actually we decided to come back by bus from Old Quarters cuz it takes about the same amount of time as cab. Bus fare is standard VND7000 per pax (as compared to VND100000 we paid to get there by cab). Overall, we still enjoyed staying at Lotte.
