Solo stay

Hotel Bondi is great, located very close to the beach with lots of shops close by. Room was clean and comfortable, I liked the balcony as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's also walking distance to the Bondi farmers market and craft market located at the primary school on weekends. Only negative, is it could be quite noisy on a Saturday night. Ear plugs are provided (very thoughtful!)

clean room, easy check in, we requested room in back away from noise and it was no problem. Beds were on wheels so moved a little but comfortable to sleep in and great location!

Solo stay

Stated a week and enjoyed every second of it! Had some flight changes and ended up being allowed to check in early with no hassle. Everyone that works at this Hotel is amazing! From the front desk people, cooks, wait staff, bar staff, bartenders, kitchen staff, Chefs, managers and security, they are all extremely welcoming, knowledgeable of the Hotel and the area, always willing to help, give recommendations and a friendly smile to start your day. Room was great, bed was comfy, had zero issues with anything. Highly recommend staying here, I know I will definitely be back!

Staff were friendly, the King Room was clean. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower door didn't close so the bath mat was soaked. Lighting in bathroom not enough for shaving and make-up. No place other than a corner on the floor for one suitcase. Had to move furniture for access to power points. Room not big enough fir two people, note it has a 'king' bedç. Great street position. No room service, no water in fridge. Difficult to fill kettle from ver small bathroom sink.

Fantastic
The gentleman at reception that checked me in and out was lovely. Very pleasant and helpful. The staff working in the bar/restaurant could learn to be a little more pleasant towards their guests. Will stand to them in the future. No hellos or good byes which are little things that make a difference rather than just looking at you! Location was perfect, older style rooms but was ideal for a short stay. TV with Netflix and comfy bed, can’t fault the stay.
