We had to check out after being in the room for an hour - my daughter's allergies flared up so badly due to dust and dirt in the room. We were charged the full amount of our stay - we had booked for a 4-night stay - and we accepted that we would be penalised for 1 night. However, they still charged us for the entire stay. The rooms are terribly tired; the carpets have not been cleaned, and the surfaces are very greasy and poorly cleaned. Proceed with caution...

Solo stay

Lovely property and great room. The massive negative is when you check in you can smell smoke from the TAB smoking area and this small lingers in the bar and restaurant. It would surely make sense to have this area outside as it destroys when is a very nice bar and dining area

I checked in and was given a TWIN room when I paid for a KING. When I was moved to another room, it was the equivalent to a back alley. The room was fine, the bed super comfy, but my view was terrible. The pool was dirty with GREEN WALLS. I was expecting ALOT more from this hotel but it did not deliver.
