Hotel Lisboa is an amazing experience and a wonderful hotel. I have never experienced a nicer more helpful staff. The hotel is very conveniently located and there is easy access to every part of Macau with historial Macau only a couple of blocks away. The hotel rooms are georgous, super clean, with every possible amenity available. I've been to Macau twice and Hotel Lisboa is where I stay. It has all of the features of the bigger resort hotel/casinos without the high cost. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Macau. Trust me, you will be delighted.

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. I would fully recommend this facility to anyone. It is amazing full featured and has the most polite and wonderful staff I have ever encountered. Also, the restaurants in the hotel are amazing. I have nothing but nice things to say about this facility and I would urge people to stay there.

Pros: Good location; the central bus stop is just outside the hotel. it’s walking distance to major hotels like Wynn and MGM, good customer service, room is quite big but dated. The view from our room was spectacular! We can see the water show from Wynn Hotel. Cons: thin walls; you can hear everything from outside, even the next door guests. Even though the rooms are non smoking, there is still cigarette smell in the room. Overall, it was a great stay. Would definitely return!

Location was good, except that if you are arriving from the airport or port, pre arrange with the hotel for exclusive pick up and drop off. we took the general bus and had to do a transfer wasting more time. Our room was at the far end resulting in a lot of walking each time. Otherwise all is good. Even gave us a tin of homemade cookies.
