FantasticStayed with kids
Excellent location and condition. Only problem is the shuttle to/from the airport can fill up. We had to wait for 3 shuttles from the airport and 2 to the airport.

We only stayed to sleep a few hours before our early morning flight but it was a still a great stay. I honestly don't recall hearing a plane at all; you'd never know you're staying right next to the airport! Lol Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle drivers were amazing. Super efficient getting everyone where they needed to be. I'd stay here again.

Have used this LA airport Hyatt several times in the past. Efficient evening check-in, clean room, and good breakfast. Perfect for a one-night stay coming in or out of the airport.

Below average I have never had a worse experience. Not even because of the hotel but the horrible staff who don’t have a clue what they are doing. I arrived at 12am and got into my room at 3am. They gave someone else my room because they “had the same last name,” then sent me to that same room where someone else was sleeping!! Then told me i didn’t have a room at 2am… as soon as I mentioned it’s illegal what they did they all of a sudden had a spot for me to sleep. Zero accountability. THEN after i checked out they charged my brother in law (who had a separate room completely separate from anything to do with me) they charged HIS card he had on file for an entirely different room!! I gave them a card for charge and they took the card from someone else’s room…….!!!!!! I am legally going to fight this because of how terrible they were. There were others that had the same issue!! Imagine leaving people without a room and giving someone else that room because of the same last name and saying “well you’re out of luck.” Complete chaos!

Even in the nicer rooms, this hotel has the so-called "open bathroom design", which is just a horrible mistake. Bathrooms need to have real doors, that close. Not flimsy sliding doors with an inch gap when closed. That is not a door.
After that, it doesn't matter much what the rest of the room is like.
