Sunny and Lisa at the front desk were really thoughtful and accommodating. We informed them that we had to leave early due to our flight schedule, they went above and beyond by preparing/packing breakfast for us. Answered all our questions. Made sure we know where to go and what to visit. The best!

First hotel we stayed in Vietnam. Staff are very courteous and will never pressure you to leaving reviews online. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good too. Please stay at this hotel. Very quiet street and located near the cathedral. I would also recommend their spa which was beyond amazing. We will come back! Thank you!

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Location was near most of the landmarks we planned to visit. The hotel staff were very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was delicious (both Western and Local food were available). The rooms were huge for 2 people to stay in. Great deal, greater stay. 5/5 would recommend.
