The steongest driving reason why I choosed to stay at Metro Hotel was the accessiblity of it’s location to the city’s transportaion facilites as well as the establishements. Staffs are genuinely nice and accomodating and even helped me to checked in early. Many thanks for that.The room I stayed in, was actually huge for a solo person, and I can stay that it was comfy for me. My only concern was the unstable wifi connectivity and reception inside the room. i had difficulty coonecting with it. Hopefully the management can have a look at it.

The hotel has definitely seen better days, but its location is unbeatable—within walking distance of most of the major tourist attractions in Sydney CBD. We stayed in a triple-share room, and one of the beds was quite worn out, with the springs noticeably poking through and making it uncomfortable to lie on. However, after a quick call to reception, the staff promptly replaced the bed within minutes, which we really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent and the location is hard to beat. Despite the minor issue with the bed, we had a great stay and would still highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience to Metro Hotel and it’s very near to the market ,and train stations. Staff are helpful and accomodating in assisting us .They regularly give us a fresh towel and tidy up our bed everyday during our stay.
