Really good value for money and you can't beat the location as it is near Sapa Lake! The only downside was the mattress—it was a little too hard, so softer bed foam would be a great upgrade.

Amazing view, killer location, great price! 10-min walk to everything. Staff upgraded us and the room was spotless. Only downside: room was small and some power outlets didn’t work. Still, 100% recommend for Sapa on a budget.

About 5-10 minute walk to center. Near the lake and also near the famous convenience store to buy pasalubong. Clean rooms and nice staff. They also upgraded my room for free ❤️ Clean bathroom and overall nice! I would stay here again.
