everyone in the hotel is accomodating. breakfast is varied each day. cleanliness: there is cleaning of the room every day with new towels and sheets. just a recommendation on the AC and exhaust fan in the CR, please clean them regularly. breakfast: varied proteins and fruits service:very good. although there were some issues with the booking when we arrived, klook gave me refund and hotel brought us to another accomdation for that arrival date free of charge of course then we returned there the following day. they arranged everything from taxi to pick up of our luggage since we went on a tour. transport access: located at the old quarter so it's very convenient. it is included in the free pick up for all our tours and bus transport. hotel location: close to the beer market, hoan kiem, amd night market. there are also some food vendors just outside the hotel which a lot of locala go to so if you'd like those local foods, you can easily get therlm there. staff are accomodating. th
