So the hotel itself was amazing! But DO NOT BOOK THROUGH KLOOK. I Reseved a suite with club access and was put in a regular room. I got in contact with Klook immediately and they asked for proof I gave it to them and now Ive heard nothing back. This app is a scam and a rip off!

Chinzanso is located in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by beatiful mansions with gardens. It is rare 5-star hotel in Tokyo with traditional garden. Location wise, not far from anywhere. The hotel has a number of great restaurants, both Japanese and western food.

We had a great experience! I booked a room for 3, we arrived early but the staff was accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage while we explored and did a little shopping. when we returned our luggage was in our room. Our flight was late in the evening and they kept our luggage while we did last minute shopping. We had dinner and it was delicious. we also tried the Wedtern breakfast and it did not disappoint 🙂 the garden was beautiful night and day.
