Absolutely fantastic hotel with spacious room facing the metropolitan building. Every staff is so friendly and helpful. Top notch amenities. 7 eleven right downstairs in the building. Airport limousine bus comes directly to the hotel. Room came with free access to the sky lounge that offers amazing 360 view of the area.

Wow, a huge 2 towers hotel , but so perfectly that the size doesn't matter, the staff is absolutely fantastic, rooms are very comfortable, two restaurants for breakfast, great location in Shinjuku , 10 min away from the station. Great hotel.

Keio Plaza is located close to various shopping malls & a short walk from the Shinjuku Train station. Taking a taxi to and from the hotel is very convenient. The only complaint I have is not about the hotel but the final charges by Klook for the 3 night stay! When I originally made reservations through Klook, the price quoted/confirmed was USD 765.83 (approx. SGD 980.80) with a note that I will be billed on July 27, 2026 and that the charge will be based on $765.83. But to my surprise when I received the bill on July 27, 2026, I was charged SGD 1036.73 with a note that this amount is based on USD 804.15, an additional USD 38.32 or SGD 55.93 that I do not know how Klook came up with? Is it normal for Klook to increase or change their quoted prices after they confirmed with their clients? Can someone at Klook provide me with a legitimate reason for the additional charges and if there isn’t any legitimate reason for the additional charges, kindly provide me a refund and an apology!

We had a fantastic experience at the Keio Park. The staff was very polite and attentive, the rooms were spacious and clean and the food at the hotel buffet was delicious and included a wide variety of Western, Chinese and of course, Japanese options. The hotel is right across the Metropolitan Government building and one can see the nightly light show from the hotel. It is conveniently located near the Shinkjuku station.

We loved our stay here. The location is just steps away from the station, which made all our day trips so easy. The hotel was clean and staff were very pleasant. They even helped us with our luggage transfer, which made it so convenient. Will definitely stay here again!
