Solo stay

The room was exceptionally clean. Couldn't really comment on staff as I didn't interact with anyone. However, the checkin process sending me a code for the front door was seamless and stress free. Would definetly stay again if I was in the area.

Stayed with kids

The shower had not been cleaned in months! Grime and mould build up was disgusting. Otherwise, everything else was ok. Was last available room in the town over easter so we took it. Location is cool. Lots of walks and local shops to explore. Communication with the motel staff was not easy, no contact numbers work, they are not onsite when another guest was locked out of their room. A security light turned on and off ALL night - shining directly into our room where the head of the bed is. There is potential for the motel to be very cool, but more care and service is required

Great location up on the mountain! Good for what it was. A bit dated but it was cozy and great for a night in the area. We’d stay again if passing through. Thanks!

Issues with contacting staff after hours, problems with check in, wrong PIN code for room. Eventually got a hold of someone after 1hr
