I would suggest that the front desk staff asks if the occupants would like a property layout or orientation when checking in so to know where to the amenities are located such as the pool and the gym.

Check in was nice. The room could have been better. The coffee maker had grounds in it. There was 1/3 of toilet paper on the roll and no extra rolls, the lighting in the bathroom is terrible.

The property was good, the restaurant is too expensive, more when you are there for vacation. No where to go to eat and taking advantage of it. Need to at least offer some ride to airport.

the staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel itself needs new furniture and a deep cleaning. The rooms can use a fridge and the wifi should be free. Great location and it was quiet. I was hoping for more for the money I paid.

Giant bug (like 2 inces long!)n the bathroom ran under the vanity. We left the light on and night and wore shoes insode the room and stepped out of the shower into a towel only! Overall the hotel was pretty run down for the cost. Wouldn't stay there again.

My checkin experience on 7/8/26 at 10pm was very easy. I placed the date because I forgot the young man's name but he was great. The rooms are clean and spacious and the view was amazing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you need a place to relax prior to or after a cruise.
