OMG! I absolutely loved staying here! The view of the Eiffel Tower is perfect! You can watch it sparkle every hour at night, starting at sunset until 1 AM, right from the room. The room is spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped and modern. Close to the RER and the metro. We'll definitely be back next time.

I had a really pleasant stay at Campanile Paris 12 – Bercy Village. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful — from check-in to check-out, they made everything feel easy and comfortable. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained, which made it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location is also great — just a short walk to Bercy Village with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and the metro nearby, making it convenient to get around Paris. Overall, I really appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, convenient, and affordable place in Paris.

Just one night, but a perfect experience. Isolation, comfortable bed, cleanliness, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food: a real little cocoon just steps from the Porte de Versailles. I will be back!

The hotel is near the metro station. the neighborhood is safe and quiet, close to restaurants and supermarket. The room is clean and the staff also cleans it every day. The staff are also accommodating. All in all we had a nice stay at this hotel.

The soap dispensers look terrible. They absolutely must be replaced, especially with new dispensers, because they are both full of mold in the shower and at the sink!!!!! Staff super nice, rooms all clean and warm, restaurant/bar/BF very clean and good. Even has a place to sit outside and enjoy a break! Love it!

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shaya was a gem. She was very helpful and accommodating. She deserves a raise! Excellent customer service.
