From the beginning, we had an extremely warm welcome from Jeff who checked us in. He made us feel at home immediately. The other members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful too. Rooms were comfortable and easy. Overall good experience.

My usual address when I come to Paris. Never disappointed so far. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The renovated rooms are much better than before.

Just one night, but a perfect experience. Isolation, comfortable bed, cleanliness, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food: a real little cocoon just steps from the Porte de Versailles. I will be back!

Fantastic location steps from the Eiffel Tower! Spacious, well-equipped apartments, friendly staff, and spotless rooms. Perfect for families or extended stays. Highly recommend — will return!

All the reception staff were very polite, and Annabelle was particularly helpful. The Club offers fresh lemons for making your own lemon drinks, which is rare in France, along with snacks like fruit, nuts, cookies, and cakes. In the evenings, complimentary pre-dinner appetizers are served at specific times. Enjoying a hot chocolate when it's cold outside is truly delightful. There's a water dispenser in the hallway outside the room providing sparkling water, cold water, and iced water. However, the room only has a coffee machine, so if you just want hot water, you have to go to The Club on the 1st floor. The coffee machine's drip tray hadn't been cleaned. Housekeeping was not great; they didn't clean the room on the second to last day.

Many reviews say the hotel isn't safe, but I think it's fine if you travel directly to and from the hotel, and avoid walking around the area at night. The nearby streets are quite dirty and old, but the hotel itself offers great value for money, and at this price, there's not much to complain about.
