There's a wide variety of seafood, and aside from the disappointing oysters, everything else was very fresh. The cooked dishes were quite good, and the prices were discounted, making it a great value.

If it's your first time in Hong Kong, I highly recommend taking a ride, it has a very different atmosphere compared to a typical cruise, with a gentle breeze and a view of the entire Hong Kong night scene. If you want to choose your seats first, you need to board and disembark at the same location to be in the first group to select seats.

The hotel has a lot of history, so the design and layout are more old-fashioned. The seating is spacious and clean. Food-wise, the selection of cold dishes and seafood is not much, but the number of cooked dishes is more than many hotel buffets. The staff service is also very good, as soon as they see that the drink is not full, they immediately refill it.

Staff are are all very polite and helpful. Paratha at first is not on today's menu but the Indian chef quickly tell me that he'll add it today. It's so delicious! He's also willing to specially prepare a king size Marsala Dosa for us. Fish, lamb and Rass Malai are so yummy.

All-you-can-eat oysters are fresh, sweet, and delicious. White truffle crab meat salad 👍🏻 The soup of the day, carrot cream soup, is delicious. The French fish maw consommé is richer in flavor; I personally prefer the carrot soup. Chef's special pasta, the butter crab roe pasta, is tasty. The lobster and scallop barley rice is richer in flavor. Buy one get one free, very worth it 👍🏻 It just so happened to be almost Halloween, and the staff were all cosplaying, turning their costumes into uniforms 🤣
