Everyone was truly kind, I felt it was a luxury experience at a very low price. For me, the best moment was the kaiseki, both dinner and breakfast came in small dishes but were very filling. I was also able to enjoy an outdoor bath (they call it rottenburo) as well as a hot water pool that was literally burning, if I'm not mistaken at about 41 degrees Celsius. The contrast with the cold of winter and the hot pool was incredible, despite the cold, my body was so hot that I was able to go out without any problems back to the bathroom.
