This hotel is in great location only a fee minutes to the metro. Even we did not ask for cleaning service, the staff would put a bag of clean towels and toiletries outside of the room.

I've been to Nagoya many times and stayed in countless hotels, but this is the only one that I felt was a huge disappointment... The breakfast was great, but the room was scary. The bedsheets looked like they were from my grandma's era, and I couldn't sleep all night.

Kind and accommodating staff. We've got a cool city view at the 12th floor. Decent breakfast selection. Near the subway station, convenience store, and shopping malls. Though located at an entertainment district, the surrounding is still quiet and peaceful.

Very friendly front staff, easy check in process, and cozy rooms. Really close to transit, shopping areas, and restaurants. And close to some great landmarks like Oasis 21 and Mirai Tower.

Standard business type Japan hotel room. Take note that the room is reaally small and narrow. Comforatble enough for sleeping but was a bit of a challenge to open my big luggage unless it was on top of the bed. Appreciate the breakfast buffet and amenities. Staff were accommodating and very helpful.

Small but complete, the room isn't large but it's well-planned, and can accommodate two 28-inch top-opening suitcases.
