Stayed a total of 6 days at this resort. Was a good experience, met some good people. Staff were amazing. Great overall service.
One thing I’d change is some appliances in the room which were pretty used or outdated. Cash deposit upfront so be prepared for that.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent — the location, the cleanliness, The service exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again

We are having a Phuket hangover mainly because of Burasari. 😭 It has the best staff in the world! We will definitely go back. Book the Elite Room with Pool Access. It is all worth it! ♥️

1. very good location. 2. Friendly staff. 3. very helpful staff. 4. room key always not working/malfunction. 5. 1st day enter the room, floor was very dirty. they swaeep it but never moped before. I moped clean it myself and they look at the towel totally black in color. replace it for me.

The hotel is very new and beautifully designed, and the room was excellent and comfortable. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options.
One of the highlights is the free shuttle service to Patong Beach and Jungceylon, which makes getting around very convenient. The hotel is also located about a 10-minute walk from nearby shops, making it easy to access daily necessities.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

The staff are very helpful. They have 2 Filipino staff in the concierge who made the experience so so good. They also prepared a cake for me eventhough it is a day after my actual birthday

The resort was bigger than I expected. Although it takes about 15 minutes by car to Patong Beach, taxis are readily available and there's a free shuttle bus, so if you time it right, getting around is convenient. The breakfast was very satisfying.
