Vaig tenir una estada meravellosa en aquest hotel. Tot va ser excel·lent: la ubicació, la neteja. El servei va superar les meves expectatives i em vaig sentir realment còmode durant tota la meva estada. Sens dubte, recomanaria aquest hotel i espero tornar-hi.

Stayed a total of 6 days at this resort. Was a good experience, met some good people. Staff were amazing. Great overall service.
One thing I’d change is some appliances in the room which were pretty used or outdated. Cash deposit upfront so be prepared for that.

1. Molt bona ubicació. 2. Personal amable. 3. Personal molt servicial. 4. La clau de l'habitació sempre no funcionava/fallava. 5. El primer dia que vaig entrar a l'habitació, el terra estava molt brut. El van escombrar, però mai l'havien fregat. El vaig fregar jo mateix i van veure que la tovallola estava totalment negra. Me la van canviar.

We are having a Phuket hangover mainly because of Burasari. 😭 It has the best staff in the world! We will definitely go back. Book the Elite Room with Pool Access. It is all worth it! ♥️

The hotel is very new and beautifully designed, and the room was excellent and comfortable. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options.
One of the highlights is the free shuttle service to Patong Beach and Jungceylon, which makes getting around very convenient. The hotel is also located about a 10-minute walk from nearby shops, making it easy to access daily necessities.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

The staff are very helpful. They have 2 Filipino staff in the concierge who made the experience so so good. They also prepared a cake for me eventhough it is a day after my actual birthday
