The location is good, and the breakfast is especially excellent. And the staff at the reception were very friendly in their explanations. I would like to use it again on my next trip.

We booked last June 23 to 26 and all we can say is we had an awesome experience! the staff were all great from front of the house, f&b upto the house keeping. We experience the luxury but with a reasonable price and will definitely recommend it with friends and family here in Manila. The staff do the extra mile so that we can enjoy ore vacation in Hanoi.

I had a great stay in this hotel. All the staff are kind, friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Their manager Mr. Jackie Le is so accomodating, I appreciate their help for arranging my tours.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place to the old town. The room is great and comfortable! The breakfast is very rich and satisfying! There are also many massage and vest shops downstairs. I highly recommend this hotel!

had a great stay here.. location is best. everything is available nearby.. room was so good and clean.. staff is very friendly.. breakfast is also good.. highly recommended

the hotel was so nice and the staff are very helpful to us. next time i’ll comback in Hanoi i will definitely check in to this hotel. very good location and the breakfast in the morning are quite impressive
