Our room was nice! We had a balcony. We were given 2 bottles of water everyday. Aircon is running great. The front desk folks are helpful with directions and recommmedations. The breakfast buffet is great and had a lot of options. The only issue I see is the staff working the buffet. They do not open on time (6:30AM). Even then, they were not ready to serve the meals. Some of the food were not out yet. Additionally, they keep running our of coffee.Coffee is a popular item. They should have a spare pot of coffee standing by so guests dont have to wait that long. Also, I had been asked every time wait 10 minutes for my eggs to order- and I am the first one on the line. They don’t seem to value people’s time esp when we have a tour to catch early in the morning. This is an everyday occurence in the 5 days we stayed there. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

I was very contented with the hotel. we have email and send a message thru messenger that we will have a late check in and they respond thru the email. I was concern about the "no show" and that we won't have a room. Our check in is a breeze. The bed was soft and so was the pillow. we have a really good sleep

the receptionist is a very nice guy!!!! helped us bring our luggage to our room! very clean room :) overall 10/10 :D

The location is very convenient, situated in a prime area, with famous attractions not far away. However, the front desk is often unattended, raising security concerns.

I had a very comfortable stay at Ancyra TamTam Hotel. The room quality and service are great, it's affordable too. Everything you might need such as toiletries, towels, electric kettle, cups, hair dryer are available and the toiletries and towels are replaced/replenished each day. It's very near hoan kiem lake too so it's really convenient. Just something to take note I guess: some cars cannot go into the Hang Bac street so coming from the airport I had to walk with my luggage from the intersection towards the hotel but anyway, the hotel is very near the intersection.

Had a pleasant stay here! If I would visit Hanoi again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable! 100% recommended.
