Very nice hotel clean room and sheets smell good the AC and hot shower are all working and the lady even let me check in early so i was able to rest coz i arrived 4am. Check in time supposed to be 2pm but she let me check in 9:30AM she was very kind and accommodating. The staffs are very helpful too I missed my train going to SaPa but the two guys staffs helped me find a cabin bus to ride at 11pm going to SaPa. I really appreciate their kindness 🙏🏻 I really recommend this hotel. Will totally go back.

Very good hotel when your at hanoi. all attraction is walking distance and with free breakfast with differnet viands everyday.

Wonderful Stay
I had an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax after a day of exploring.
A heartfelt thanks to Emma, Linda, and Saffron, who made my stay truly special. They were always cheerful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience in Hanoi. From helping me plan my sightseeing to arranging my cruise to Halong Bay, their guidance and efficiency were exceptional.
I especially appreciated their timely updates about typhoon warnings and weather conditions, which helped me plan safely and make the most of my trip. Their care and professionalism made me feel completely at ease throughout my stay.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi: wonderful people, great service, and unbeatable location.

the area where the hotel is located is superb, near at everwhere (walkable) old quarter, breakfast is great as well. Everything just works.

Right on the street of the night market! Room appears bigger in person. I checked in early and was asked to pay 40 usd.
