We booked the Aspira and were upgraded to the Azura - and let me tell you, it exceeded our expectations! Everything was absolutely amazing - the boat is immaculate, the rooms are luxurious, the food was spectacular and the staff go above and beyond. Thank you so much Azura for the experience of a lifetime!

It was a memorable 2D1N cruise. Our guide Tommy is very attentive and addresses all our needs. Keeping us informed of upcoming activities and making sure everyone is ready. The cruise manager and his crews also made us feel at home on the cruise. Food is superb. Fine dining on a cruise 👍

Went on a trip in December, took it for 2 days, really enjoyed everything, the only thing is that there were a lot of people on the excursions, but it has nothing to do with the operator. The cabins are magnificent, no seasickness, karaoke in the evening for entertainment. The only thing we regretted was not taking it for 3 days and 3 nights.

Had an incredible experience of Ha Long Bay with Doris Cruise! We’ll worth the tour package from pick up at hotel in Hanoi to drop off after an unforgettable 24 hours with the crew members. The lead concierge Ashley was so sweet and spoke English so well to make sure we understood what to expect. She was very attentive to all the guests. Our server Rum was so thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed when ever we needed. The set dinner menu was amazing. I was full by the 5th dish but did managed to get the dessert (7th). All the crew members were all so friendly. I had a chance to practice my Vietnamese with Ashley, Rum and Emily. Doris, you have an amazing team! Cam on (thank you) for an incredible 2 days trip. Our room with our private patio at the stern in 301 was a great surprise-a definitely Wow! We would choose you again for a longer cruise in Ha Long Bay. Everyone we talked to was also very impressed with you attention to details. Everything was spotlessly clean!

The cruise trip with Mon Cheri was truly one of the most memorable days of our Vietnam journey. We had an incredible time, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the smooth hotel pickup and drop-off to the well-organized cruise activities, everything was perfectly managed. The crew was warm and attentive, the food was excellent, and our cabin offered breathtaking views that made the stay even more special. A special thanks to our coordinator Dolphin, who was extremely helpful and responsive on WhatsApp, resolving all our queries quickly and efficiently. A flawless stay from start to finish. The room royal lotus suites for a family of three was beautiful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the view with full windows was breathtaking. The staff (Mark) was extremely helpful and communication is great. The itinerary was relaxing and cruising Lan Ha Bay is amazing. Food (lunch-dinner-light breakfast-brunch) were delicious. Definitely highly recommended! Thank you also Leon for being so hands-on with your clients. A job well done to all of you!

Unexpected Change, Wonderful Experience! My Halong Bay trip started with a small surprise when I was informed that the La Casta cruise was fully booked. However, the communication from the Klook agent was swift and helpful. They suggested the Grandeur Cruise as an alternative, which included the Route 2 itinerary (Titop Island & Sung Sot Cave) and an upgrade to an executive room at no extra cost—a great value! I am so glad I agreed! The Grandeur Cruise was fantastic. The itinerary was well-paced, and we participated in all the activities. The standout was our cruise manager, Peter, who went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome and had all their questions answered. He truly elevated the experience.
