Great location & very friendly staff.

First of all, it was so easy to communicate because there were Korean-speaking staff available at all times. And all the staff were so kind. It was also really convenient to get around because it's located in the heart of Shibuya. The room was clean and I'm satisfied.

Such a perfect stay - great spot, very clean and comfortable! Loved the added bonus of a laundry and midnight noodles. We stayed here for 2 weeks and it felt like home.

The staff are very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast is great - I'm always full. The location is very near the station.

It's easy to find after you recognize the land mark! look for the giant Bili Bili restaurant, then stay right. You have to go uphill, so heads up if you have rolling luggages. The front desk staffs were freaking AMAZING, they helped us with luggage delivery and answered questions with great conversational English. Room was small with a glass bathroom, so if you're there with friends or family, and want privacy, hopefully everyone will be ok with just a curtain 😁

What a gem! We loved staying here, very clean and great services. Our room was cleaned every other day. The cafe, breakfast and bars were fantastic! The hotel location is brilliant, we loved walking through the park everyday. It was the best central location for our adventures. The staff were very helpful and left us a letter because we were out saying our luggage had arrived as we sent our luggage ahead. It was also my birthday during this trip, I didn’t leave any note but they must’ve seen it when scanning my passport in check in and I got a little gift from them which was so thoughtful. We will absolutely stay here again. We were lucky to stay in a room that didn’t face the train tracks and on floor 14. Tokyo is a very noisy city, and we were worried about the noise when sleeping but we slept through every night with no issues at all.
