Booked the Rainforest King room. It smells refreshing with the candlelit scented diffuser. The interior layout is very spacious, restful and cozy. The bed linens and bed sheets are very clean and comfortable, I have sinus but don't have the nose sensitivity occurring upon sleeping. I particularly like the washroom area where there are 2 washbasins side by side, the toilet and shower are separated with glass doors. There is a small pantry in the corner, with the instant coffee machine and auto dispenser of hot and cooling water, which is great as there is no need to spend time to boil water with a kettle. WiFi network in the hotel room is excellent with a full 5 bar connection at all times. Rooftop pool is heavenly and breathtaking, with the scenic view overlooking the upper seletar reservoir and you can take photos here and there (just be careful of your phone not to get dropped into the water). For buffet breakfast was delighted with the wide spread selections of food display.

Convenient Transportation: The hotel is located directly above MRT NS23 Somerset Station. Hotel Location: Extremely convenient for shopping and dining. Services: The hotel features an infinity pool on the rooftop. Breakfast: Rich and varied, with ice cream too!

very good location and clean amenities. its quite small compared to other budget hotels that i’ve been to but definitely a nice place to stay. best for short travels where you need to go to the different parts of Singapore.

We stayed 4 nights in a family suite for 4 people, and I was worried because the reviews were strongly divided, but although it felt a bit old, the room was spacious and the bed was good, so I slept well! After the first day, water was dripping from the air conditioner, and they fixed it right away after I told them, so there were no problems after that, and you can request any other necessary tissues, towels, etc. as needed. I was treated kindly and the price was very reasonable! The soundproofing wasn't great, so I slept with earplugs in.

This hotel offers access to Singapore's zoos, such as Mandai Zoo, Night Safari, Bird Paradise, and River Wonders, either by walking or via a free shuttle bus. You can even view natural wildlife from within the hotel. The staff are kind and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was incredibly luxurious. The Night Safari starts at 8:15 PM at the earliest, and if you explore it thoroughly, it will easily be past 11:00 PM. Mandai is about an hour away from the city center, so returning to the center after the Night Safari can be quite tiring. It might be a good idea to stay in Mandai for a few nights and cover all the zoo-related attractions during that time. Klook has multi-park tickets, so you could use those to visit various parks during the day and then go to the Night Safari at night, which would be great.

Love, love this place! Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre was an excellent choice, especially since we were traveling with senior parents. The hotel was comfortable, accessible, and very convenient after long days of sightseeing. I highly recommend getting Club Access. We don’t usually eat heavy dinners, so the evening snacks and refreshments at the lounge were perfect for us to relax and recharge after day trips. It became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The location is also fantastic — very close to Somerset MRT, and you can comfortably walk through Orchard malls at a relaxed, air-conditioned pace, which is ideal for seniors. Overall, a very enjoyable and stress-free hotel experience. Highly recommended!
